Can I change my account email or contact details online?
You can update your billing details online through the SwoopFiber account management portal, but you will need to contact customer service to update your email. Follow these steps:
- Once you’re logged into your account, go to “Billing Settings” - this is where you can manage your personal information.
- Click on the relevant fields to edit your email address or contact details.
- After making the updates, save the changes by clicking the “Save” button.
