Can I use my own router or modem with SwoopFiber services?

SwoopFiber typically prefers to provide a router as part of our service offering so that our speeds are not degraded by other equipment. If you prefer to use your own router(s), provided that the router is compatible with the fiber optic technology and meets certain specifications, you can contact a customer service representative. Please note: we are not responsible for speed issues and cannot guarantee you will be able to achieve our advertised speed/reliability if not using our equipment.
