How can I check my connection status?

This will outline how users can check their connection status of their device on their My Calix Account


  • You can check the status of your connection using the Connection field
    • Note: The system checks the connection to the ACS and the MAP (using the service provider ID)
  • Depending on these connections, the status will be reported as one of the following:
    • Online: all connections are good
    • Degraded: one of the connections has failed
    • Offline: all of the connections have failed
