  1. Open any email/newsletter that you have been sent, and scroll to the bottom of the email/newsletter.
  2. You will find options to manage your email preferences by clicking “Update your email preferences to choose the types of emails you receive”. Choose your desired preferences by checking or unchecking the relevant options.
