How do I update my personal information on my SwoopFiber account?

To update your personal information on your account, follow these steps:

1. Once you’re logged into your account, go to the section you wish to update - this can be “Payment Method” or “Billing Information”.
   • “Payment Method” is where you can manage your payment information.
   • “Billing Information” is where you can manage your personal information.
2. Click on the relevant fields or options to edit the information you wish to update. This may include your name, address, phone number or email address. 
3. After making the necessary updates, be sure to save the change by clicking the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
