Is there an option to download or print my billing statements?

Yes, SwoopFiber offers options to download or print your billing statements. Here’s a how you can do this: 


  1. Once you’re logged into your account, scroll down to the “Invoice History” section within your account dashboard. 
  2. Within this section, there is an option to view invoices/statements and payment history. Click on the relevant invoice to access your invoice or receipts.
  3. Choose the specific billing period for which you want to download or print the statement. Look for the option to download or print the billing statement. This will be available in a PDF format.
